He became a race driver and settled down with one of the girls from Bananarama! Hope he is doing well 'cos I loved George and Andy when I was a young 'un!!!

This little update says he tried race car driving and a new music career after he left Wham (or Wham left him). But it doesn't sound like he's done much at all besides be married to one of the Bananarama chicks. http://www.myvillage.com/pages/celebs-wht-andrew-ridgley.htm
I clicked on bigdownunderx's link and think it's funny that the only way he got on Strictly Come Dancing is because his wife went to the producers and got him the gig. HA!

He became active in surfing in the early 1990s, and while surfing with his brother Paul off the coast of England, both men contracted a waterborne illness from the raw sewage being discharged from a nearby pipe. The illness led to an interview with The Times, and Andrew became an environmental activist in the cause of water quality. Andrew is active in the UK charity Surfers Against Sewage (SAS)
