does the 1 litre of skimmed milk contain the same quantity and quality of calcium present in the 1 litre of unskimmed milk??? pls give me a proper answer...thank uuu

Well...the fat in milk helps the body digest the calcium in the milk. It is harder for the body to digest the same amount of calcium in skim milk than the same amount from a more fatty milk. Think of it as milk was originally for calves. We have much smaller stomaches and therefore need the milk fat to help our bodies digest the calcium.
