Finding the defect in the Product and written complaints are not attended nor replaced the product, what action can be taken against the Manufacturer. For getting my complaint attended where in Mumbai I should file case in Consumer court. My area is Mulund.

You should normally take the defective product to the retailer where you bought it, with proof of purchase (identifying the retailer and the date). In law, your claim is against the retailer. The retailer will arrange repair or replacement as appropriate, often (but not necessarily) through the next level up in the supply chain.
