It depends on lots of things: the age group you are (or the one you're hoping to find!), the time of year you are going and the amount of money you want to spend.
However, Ibiza and Faliaki are known to be THE party holiday resorts with lots of sun, bars and people wearing very little both during the day and at night time.
Can I come?

Greek Islands. Less expensive than Italy, and still quite a bit of
fun. Beaches, Rock Climbing, Good food(healthy), Great night
life.

Your best bet would be CapeTown in South Africa , great parties
lots of sun , and buetifull nature (Table Mountain) , Lots of forests , and ocean !
