First off your suggestion of a single person is ludicris. Being we are talking about world government there would be no need to limit the power to one person, as there would be no need for a figurehead! This type of government would typically have 3, 5, 7, or 9 people (always an odd number) to head administration. They would also be elected at staggered times depending on the seat, maybe 2 elected at 4 years, 2 elected at 6 years and 1 at 15
This provides stability as the entire panel never changes all at once!

That would be possible only after we survive the third world war. That is when we would be able to have one person as the global leader. But that is when nobody would want the power.

we can say many names but when you say Dr.A.P.J. Abdul Kalam,none can stand before this tall leader. coz he is True,selfless,humane,visionary,patriot,energetic,leaderand above all he just loves people,people,people(Children).He is motivator,an inspiration,he ignites the mind of the children who are the leaders of tomorrow.this is a nation building exercise.
