does netfreecity.com really give out free computers for answering surveys

I checked it out one day, just being curious.
What they do is use a multiple page "survey" that you have to fill out.
When you get to the 2nd or 3rd page they begin requiring personal information and they keep requiring more and more, and it you don't give them the information, then you cannot proceed to complete the rest of the survey.
Firstly: If it looks to good to be true........
Secondly: If you think about what info they REQUIRE you to give to them; and then you think about your real chances of actually getting a "free computer" from them.....
Doesn't this whole scenario simply wreak of a PHISHING SCAM?
