try and ask the meteorlogical n weather dept. most names are people's name, but if they have finished using all that is proposed for the year they will start using
'greek's-some-kind-of-calculus-names' like alpha, beta, gamma, kappa, etc... i heard somewhere that you can even submit your own name for the hurricanes too...
