You've opened yourself up to the moron's with this question mate. As a problem it is more common than you think, does it make you feel less of a man? You probably feel less confident and more self conscience when your with a woman, don't, when a man goes blind his other senses compensate, it's the same with this, the production increases and takes over for both, and I'm sure your doctors have said it will not effect your sex life or reproductive life...
My advice with women, let them know as soon as possible, a good woman wont care and the others, aren't worth bothering with. Good Luck

You can still function sexually, can't you. That is all that matters. The testicles just contribute hormones and sperm, a tiny amount of the semen. That's why you have two, in case one gets damaged.
If your doctor has not diagnosed you with only one testicle, and you have never been examined, you need to see a urologist. You may well have an undescended testicle; you might even be able to pop it out yourself if you massage around the pubic bone on that side gently and see if there is a bulge there. Very common in teens for their testicles to descend and ascend, to the point of disappearing sometimes into the cavity on each side of the penis.

You are a man, genetically, and from what we can gather from your question, psychologically. It doesn't matter how many testicles you have, one or two. Males function quite well with one testicle and father children.
See this Mayo Clinic page: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/testicle-removal/AN01073
Do not think that having one testicle somehow detracts from your manhood. It doesn't. Genetically, you are still XY, and that male Y chromosome is in every cell of your body -- except those sperm you produce with only X's in them (for daughters). From what we gather, you communicate like a man and probably look like a man, physically. You are a man, period. If you have a job and take care of yourself and/or your family, that even makes you more manly in both other men and women's eyes.

It doesn't matter if you have 1 or 2. However, if you feel uncomfortable having just the one, then you can get surgery to have a prosthetic testicle implanted. You can google for more information but I found this site as a starter: http://www.brucegilbertmd.com/services_testpros.html

only if you have one vagina to accompany your one testicle.
Seriously though you might feel different and less than a whole person and you might even get teased a little but you are still a man, can still masturbate, have sex and make a woman pregnant. So, you are as much a man as any guy with two balls. Though if it really bugs you, talk to a doctor about an implant - they feel and look as good as the real thing to anyone accessing and/or looking at your genitals.

One, as in one, or one as in the other one is there but undecended?
Either way its up to you. Lets face it for 99% of the time no one else is going to know, and for the other 1%, hopefully the person looking, is going to be to distracted with what you are doing to notice.
Really it all goes with how you feel yourself, however a friend of mine had his undecended testicle removed, to avoid any complications later in life. However he had a prosthetic replacement fitted. So he looks 'normal'.
No one could tell the difference as the scar is underneath his pubic hair.

Of course not, silly! Whatever you have or don't have you are still a man. In all honesty it is difficult not to feel self conscious about something like that, but don't because people have to put up with much worse and still have the pride to call themselves men!
