Disabled needs to be qualified. If you mean blind, there are a number of them. Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Ronnie Milsap, The 5 Blind Boys from Alabama (gospel). There is a girl jazz pianist and singer that is blind, but I can't think of her name, Diana/Dianne Crall or Karl, I can't remember. And there was a great blind singer with the Duke Ellington Orchestra who had two notable hits: "Unchained Melody", and "After The Lights Go down Low". Can't recall his name either.
