Pitching is always a problem.
Should Buck stay or go as manager?

I would work on retooling the starting rotation. Some of the pitchers are okay and I'm not really sure what they have available in the minors, but the pitching really seems to be the problem on this team. I'd say to pick up a true ace that you know is dependable and going to consistently bring in the wins and eating up innings. I can take or leave Buck, but I don't really think he's the problem. I think he does the best with the situation and players that are in place.

Buck should go. He is not improving the team as much as he is expected to, and paid to. They should get new pitching, free agents are key here. Keep a few guys that are on the more reliable side in the rotation. And a few added bats are always good for a team to have. This should be what the Rangers need to improve overall, and may get a playoff spot next year. Good luck Rangers.

the rangers should buy a very good hi fi set preferably pioneer, put on the pitch behind the referee and play correct albums. This is bound to improve their record.
