Depends. If I'm still attracted to women, I'd have some issues with that.
But if I forgot entirely about being a guy, and I was a girl in every respect (including attraction to the opposite sex), then I would probably go out and have a lot of sex. Like a ton. A sexathon, if you will. :-p
That or probably just live my life mostly the same way.
