There are so many answer to your questi0n. I have not yet found all the reasons I can't sleep. But I have found things that will help you sleep. Here are some. Don't drink anything with caffine in it after 6PM. Don't listen to busy music before bed, and if you talk to your body it will also help. Start from the tips of your toes and call out the body part. Tell it to go to sleep. Do this three times to each body part before you move on. Also it is imparative that you don't sleep with lights on or busy music. Learn to drink chamaile tea at night with honey. Don't excersie before bed. No running or anything. Try these things as they work for me sometimes

i guess i am the only one that realize u r pregnant. when i was pregnant i had a hard time sleeping because i was either to hot, the baby was in a weird position or i had really bad heart burn. i got really mess up in my sleeping habits so i ask the doctor for something to help me sleep and they gave me amben and i was the best sleep i every got and it put me back on track. if for some reason you r not pregnant and ur question got put in the wrong place them i would still talk to your doctor about taking a sleep aid or u can use the over the counter sleep aid to but not all of them work for certain people. and the suck compared to the one ur doc can give you. good luck to you. and sweet dreams.

I assume you are pregnant since you posted your question in the pregnancy section......sometimes being pregnant is the cause. I am not sure if it is hormonal or something the baby is doing or maybe something you ate, but many pregnant women have trouble sleeping.
If you cannot sleep try to read. Reading makes you concentrate on something other than your lack of sleep, it halt the random thought that cause you to worry and fret as you are trying to go to sleep.
There are tow home remedies know..one is smelly...
drink warm milk before bed, and the other is eating a couple rings of raw onion. (told ya it was smelly). They both apparently have an enzyme in them that promotes sleep.

do you sleep all day? have you always been like this? do you have a stressful life? are you in love? have a recent loss? can't pay bills because of losing your job? the best thing to do is first answer these questions... talk to a doctor... when i cant sleep i take an tylenol pm or benadryl. check the labels though and make sure it is ok for you to take them.

Are u sleepy during the day? You might have your routine messed up. Try propping your head up and your feet up. surround your self in pillows. Get comfortable.

because your mind is restless. You need to clear your mind when you lay down to sleep, by shutting your eyes and consternating on the nothingness.
