My fingers usually stop working well around the end of a marathon. the rest of my body is working so hard, they lose some degree of fine motor movement, so it becomes important that I choose energy gel packets that are very easy to open or else it is an infuriating struggle.

Has sudden hair loss once, im female, used to wake up and my pillow would be full of it
freaked me out
finally went the doctor and found out Id picked up some infection in asia that affected my hair follicles
Took medicine and it was fixed, was scary when it was happening though

My hair dropped and the amount of it was like a fistful of uncooked rice vermicelli .My heart ''stopped'' working for a while last Friday.it was scary.
