i don't believe that just because someone discusses something that they automatically care. what if that person was just bored, or curious, or being polite? does that mean they're losing sleep over it? i don't think so. why do people always say "you must care since you brought it up?" i never understood that. call me crazy.

no, i think some people can talk about things and not really care much if any at all...most people these days are just concerned with number 1 thereself....there is some caring people left in this world though...they may talk about something because they like to gossip, act like they care, or just want to be nosy...i agree with you...you have lots of acquaintances and very few real friends...

No they don't always care. Sometimes they are just buttering up to your feelings so they can get into your pants. Its an old trick.
