You can even be pregnant if all he did was rub his unprotected winky on your genitals. Pre-seminal fluid contains semen. If you are going to fool around with your boyfriend make him wear a condom, for all procedures from start to finish. If he is unwilling to do that, dump him and get a guy who loves you enough to protect you. Pregnancy is the least of your worries. Even if he is a *nice* guy who looks and smells clean, he could be infected by HIV, AIDS, syphilis, gonorrhea or any number of other diseases. Even if his ex was nice, her ex~ or her side job~ could be bisexual, could have had every skank from here to who knows where. You don't know. So until you both get tested for disease, make him wear a condom. Only go bareback if you KNOW FOR A FACT that he is clean of all disease AND that you are his ONE and ONLY. Use a condom. Every time. Absolutely you can. Before, during, and after ejaculation, some semen leaks out of his penis anyway. If some of it leaks out before or during sex the sperm will be in you and can get to your egg.
How likely that it will get you pregnant depends on your cycle and how fertile you are, but is it possible, absolutely!

Yes, during sex some pre-ejaculate drips out of the penis and can fertilize your egg.
On a side note you can also get a bunch of STDs from unprotected sex as well.

yes. yes... yes......YES!!!! While this method has been used for centuries it is not always 100%. the reasons are clear... a man can still ejaculate sperm into you before or after orgasm...
