This is the problem with most of the people. You can solve this by thinking of old people, as well as meet them when they are sick. See you body is not fit to jump, etc. if you think you are young and jump from a bus like an young you will get a result? not fun...

I have heard that doing things like math without a calculator and other harder mind aerobics help to keep your mind alert. If you have time consider taking a course in something you have not considered previously. Learning new things always helps out. Good luck.

I'm not sure what you mean by "tune myself" but if your mind is still young, get your body out of the rocking chair.

Do not worry about your age. As long as your mind is young, you are young. If you will start thinking about your age, it will make your mind old as well. So, enjoy the life as long as you can.
