my friend's homecoming dance is oct 21 and i need a hc dress before then. but i dont know what to buy or where to look for a decent homecoming dress. it's semiformal also. i want a really pretty dress but i dont want to overdo it. i've tried forever 21, windsor, macys, and jcpenny but they dont have exactly what i want. how should a homecoming dress be like and where can i buy homecoming dresses?

I'm not sure what you are asking for here. Whether you should wear one? I think it would be preferable to going naked, but your date might like that.

go to www.seventeen.com and have a look at their style section. They have a lot of reccomendations. Also, you can always order online. Just type "prom dress" into google and seriously, the choices are 100% amazing.
