Iam very thin so what i have to do to became as fat

eat lots of fat food ,dont move around

being thin is a genetic issue, do look at the family tree and see if mom or dad is thin..or down the road maybe aunt Agatha is also very slim and slender,

eating junk food is not the answer and you do not want to be FAT.. what you want is to put on a healthy weight. which compromise of Muscle and Fats all together,

do try to consult a doctor and nutritionist on what you should eat to gain weight. well look on the bright side at least you dont have to buy two seats on a airplane when you are going on a vacation. cheers.

Eat more, you probably have high metabolism, it's okay, I've went through the same exact thing, but it really depends on your age. If your a young teenager, don't fret, it's just a stage in your life that you have to deal with. But eat more, that's the only solution to me. How old are you bye the way, because it really depends on your age, if your over 25 then, I don't know, but if your a teenager that's normal.

u cud be having an unusually hi metabolic rate,,meaning ur body burns calories faster than it needs to. u cud see a dietician or nutritionist who wud taylor make an eating plan 4 ur body type..like foods that take longer to burn off. Also u cud try an exercise programe that wud allow ur body a chance of getting used to burning off calories with a physical workout n thus not as much during the day/nite.

eat healthy, exercise to gain mass....stay away from junk food. Eat several high calorie small meals a day. I think the average body builder eats something like 2000 calories a day as well as plenty of protein to build mass.

Enjoy it , one day you will find it hard to lose the extra pounds

EAT! That's it. eat and moderate exercise will build muscle. but don't worry about looking muscular, it doesn't happen with girls. You probably look unhealthy, that's the problem, eat right, ride a stationary bike and do light weight training everyother day, and get enough sleep and you will look good.
