I just spent all night talking with a guy, laughing, dancing. Then he just took off when the bar closed like, "nice to meet you." There was no real groping or making out going on, so I don't think it was a sex thing entirely. He was even in to me enough that when I talked to another guy too long he was commenting to my friend that he guessed that I wasn't "into him". What is up with this? I totally was into him. Now I'm going home smelling like his cologne for no reason. Help me guys! I only talked to an old classmate for a few minutes (maybe 4 mins). Text him, you think? I really did like him, and i know that he has no significant other.

So you can text him? That means you have a way to get in touch with him. Does he have a way to get in touch with you? Maybe he will call you. If not, wait a few days & text him & tell him you had a good time & you hope you can do it again.

You may of just hurt his ego. Perhaps you going to talk to your old classmate put a damper on things. He didn't know who that person was. To him it could of been an old boyfriend etc. did you make introductions? Some guys are just there to hang out and hook up not interested in more, maybe he was one of those guys. A guy who is really into you, would notice you're into him, and it wouldn't matter if you talked to 10 guys, he'd be happy that you're with him. If you made an impression on him he'll try to find you or he'll initiate the texting, but if he left and didn't even ask for a number I say move on. Good luck!

LOL.. well he obviously wasnt getting the " greenlight" vibe from u.. u could try texting him ... but i just hope that if u do get together that he's not some kind of jealous control freak.. if the got so upset about u talking to a guy for 4 minutes on ur first time meeting him..to me that would be a "RED FLAG" just met him and he's already actting possesive..

Well, it could be that he just got the wrong message from u when u started talking to someone else. Why don't u txt him and see what happens? If he doesn't respond then u can bet that he just wasn't that into u in the first place.

Get over it and move on. You talked to him for one night. If he is really into you he will contact you. If he cant handle you talking to a classmate for 4 minutes then he cant handle to much.

Talk to him... explain that you were just having a talk with an old friend and that you would like to see him again.... If he was in to you enough that he made the comment that he did then he definitely wants to see you again......

this guy was into you because you and him were in a bar- a pickup joint-- sex is the first thing that comes to mind and MAYBE a phone # if it was good-- he left you that quick for someone else as soon as he seen you with someone else- thats life in the bar scene-- been there done that

well if u really like him call him up and tell him u want to see him again for a drink or just talk, don't let him get into your pants right away just make a feel for it and if he says no then that means you are not his type and call somebody else!

Seems to me that he was not realy interested in you in the first place. Forget about him and don't waste you time futher on him. Life is to short for that. Get someone who will appreciate you.
