well my excperience with Lebs are that they usually roam around the schools in groups of 20+ like a gang and do whatever they like (and i mean whatever they like). Most of them are usually related in some way and even woman can get aggresive. I have seen a Lebanese woman slam another womans face into a gutter,pull her hair out and punch and kick her several times. By the way, this person was 14 at the time. Not all Leb's are Fight-starting, violent, arrogant people, only those who think that they are somehow superior to everyone else and wont ascosiate themselves with other races. Recently, (although it was in self defense) a greek guy was atempting to beat up a Leb. The Leb was a friend of mine and a real nice guy, decided to take matters into his own hands and call his "friends". Ten minutes later, a gang of bike riding, chain wielding, gun toting Leb's pitched up and was ready to rumble. Needles to say the greek bully got what he deserved.
Asian and French people are usually really nice to me so i cannot say i know of anything about that (except that there are asian only gangs that kill people where i live)
As for Germans - I come from a german family and don't think that i have ever seen a person that you have described. I think germans are just forceful by nature.

This answer might sound racist to many people but if you live in a country like South Africa it is a daily reality that you have to put up with, even the gangs acknowledge themselves as violent, ignorent and hateful.
