I'm not sure about the male anatomy, but I just saw a special on "The Learning Chanel" about a quadriplegic woman having a baby by naturle child birth. It was really quite an experience. So, my quess would be yes because I believe that muscle is controled by a completely different nerve system. "Remember, this is just a quess"

i don't think so! but they do get urges.
