Difficult. You might try looking at the manufacturers web site, to see if you can get any information. If you get the serial number off the box, you might be able to put it into a 'search' on their website and get some more detail.

A computer that only has 32 MB of RAM is so old that its not going to be worth much upgrading. You'll have a hard time finding the right kind of RAM for it anyways.
Either use it as is or just save and buy a new PC. They're pretty inexpesive if you don't go high-end on everything.

If only these people knew what they were talking about. SDRAM is the only memory that hasn't drastically went up in price in the past couple of months. As you can see, you could put 1GB of RAM into your old computer for slightly over $100: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.asp?N=2010170147+1052107967&Submit=ENE&SubCategory=147
Whether you can use sticks that are larger than 256MB's each will depend on how old the motherboard happens to be. For instance, if it's a Pentium III motherboard, there's a very good chance that 256MB sticks will be the largest you can use. But, nearly all motherboards that aren't extremely old will support 256 MB sticks. You'll have to find the specifications for your particular motherboard online, since you didn't include that in your question.

This must be an old computer, to have only that much ram. These days you can't buy one with less than 128MB.
So the first thing is to determine what kind of memory this board can use.
You need to look at the motherboard and look up the specifications on the Internet.
--------
SO there is some work involved. You should consider just buying a new cheap computer. You can get a brand new computer, already loaded with Windows or Linux for around $200.00.

Probably not. Any motherboard running 32 MB of SD RAM probably couldn't handle much more that 64 MB. Windows XP uses up abput 128 MB itself.
Sounds like you're using an old 486-66 computer, any money spent on that would probably be wasted.

if your comp is using only 32 mbs of ram, it's likely that you would be better off to just get a new computer. seriously, for about $500, you can get a rig at wal-mart that will do most common PC tasks, and will likely come with about 256-512mbs of RAM.
