Sorry, they may be immature. Besides, if they were perfect, that just might leave you out in the cold. Don't expect too much from young boys and some older men and you won't be dissapointed.

Because it would be very boring if everybody would say only the things they think. And clever girls do the same. Because naturally sometimes nobody is interested in the truth.

Both boys and girls grow up seeing their parents and other adults behave in this manner and once it is instilled then they nstill it in their children. That's one bad flaw we humans have unfortunately.
