i dont live there , so i dont know. but here are some suggestions:
ask around, someone is bound to know
put up an expression of interest in the :
-newspaper
-school/uni/work bulletin board
-local library
contact a dance studio-they should be able to tell you
go to the library, and see if they have any books or dvds
buy an instructional dvd or book, and teach yourself at home
try the internet- im sure u could search for teachers,classes or even online tutorials
