I'm not going to convince you either, because I agree with you completely.
I don't suppose any of the answerers are sufficiently interested in their own future to consider the implications seriously, or to even get as far as asking 'what if?'

Wow you people are amazing.
1. bin Laden was supported by the US when they fought the Russians.....so what? At that time the Russian were a much bigger threat to our way of life
2. Hijacking planes is not new to Terrorists nor the thought of using them like a misslile...it doesnt take a massive conspiracy to think of or accomplish that
3. They didnt use guns on board...only boxcutters and knives..those are probably still EASY to get through our airports.
4. UMMM the lottery is really ridiculous....flying a plane is not very hard once you learn basics
5. At the end of the day all you need is money, a general thought, and then crazy people to carry it out...all of them are easily qualified by bin laden and al queda
