My answer would be 3 Expanding....There is no question like saturation/perishing as there had been a gradual growth if you observe from the past five years and moreover many international business operators like Dell, HP IBM and many more are opening their centers in INDIA and putting up their production units here.
Many domestic companies are also setting up BPOs for their products as the demand for customer services is much higher compared to the same a decade ago.
