i need to loose 10 lbs. real quick like in 2 days for a wedding im in what can i do? help!

Keep in mind that this should only be used once in a while. The body retains anywhere from 5-7 lbs of fluid, and this amount fluctuates, depending on your metabolism. An over the counter diuretic, along with a liquid diet the next couple of days will guarantee you some weight loss. IF you abuse the diuretic trick you can become dehydrated or mess your electrolyte balance up and end up in the hospital, which is why I don't advise using it a lot. Be ready to tinke, tinkle, tinkle.

You MUST NOT attempt to lose weight that quick. But if you need to appear slightly less bloated, considerably reduce your intake of salt, so that you have less water retention. There are clothes available that can make you look slim.

10 pounds in 2 days? Wow, even if you literally didn't eat and took laxatives at the same time, you wouldn't be able to do it...

run for miles and u will shed off fat. weight train and u will gain muscle its that easy. Lose fat and build muscle to look better, and dont take more then 2,000 calories a day and eat fruits and protien ect..

dont eat. eat mints and chew gum. really dedicate your self to this. keep your self busy and away from food. dont exersize too much because then you will just end up overeating. so just take nice long walks or swim
