I guess it would depend greatly on how "closely" i knew him...then if i did know him intimately i would be worried about HIV and all the other things that you can get. So depends on all that on what i would say or do i guess.

Except him/her for who they r! It doesnt change the person they always have been!If him/her is really a close friend then it wont matter 1 little bit..... Except nd love him/her like u always have in the past! Homosexual people have enough trouble coming out to there family, there friends should always be there to help them...

I wouldn't do anything special, just say thank you for telling me, after this I would ask him when he noticed that he's homosexual, if he likes somebody, if he told this to someone else and I would say that he's secret (if it is) won't be found out from me and the most important thing is that I would protect and support him.

If you were close to the person, I'd imagine they'd have a fair idea already. Personally, I wouldn't care. If they're gay, they've probably always been that way, which means that you've always liked them that way and just haven't realized!

Tell them that it's about time and that we're going to live it up at the local gay bar!!! But it would come more of a shock if my close friend told me that they were straight!!!

It would be no big deal to me. If they are my friend or not, it would not matter and I would not change the way I interact with them. Its a matter of personal choice and as long as they didnt expect me to be "a partner" then.....no problem here.

I had a friend whom i haven't seen since 5th grade, and we were good friends...now, 7 years later, i meet him...making out with another guy...and he says that he's gay. i was shocked, but i got over it. i guess it depends on how much you like that person, or in my case, how much you don't care anymore. he was a jerk anyways.

I would probably have my suspisions as I already have about someone who is close to me, so if it does ever come out I am already prepared. I would acept anyones sexuality, it is their life and if they are happy, then I am happy for them.
