Ask for his address, then buy a ticket and "travel". That usually works

If you cannot do a background check on someone out of the country nowadays, i would trust no-one,, sorry, but that is my opinion, too many manipulators out there, other than that i would say take it a lil slower and get to know this person more, test them with many Questions and rely on their quick responses , i didnt meet my online freind for 5 years ,and then still i was leary. just be careful and do as much research as you can about them, passports and money can get anyone here in the states ,but there are alot of things they will have to go through, our country is still under high alert (don't forget) maybe ask your local state or government agency about the legal procedures.

I guess you don't watch, Tyra, or news, you only know him on line, we are truly in love..give me a break, you must be young..when you said he is unlike others I had to laugh, cause you don't know him either..he tells you what you want to hear..my friend so called dated a guy, states away, and wasted two yrs. She found out all that time when she got access to his e-mail, that he was writing to other girls as well..your guy is writing I am more sure of this to other girls..he is up to something..watch out...you have been warned...
