Nothing will happen. You'll have to have to type a port as well as have the port opened and forwarded for it to actually do anything. Also, you'll have to have a dynamic IP address and not just an ISP route.

If you just enter the IP address, your browser will attempt to connect to port 80 at that IP address and will display the home page if there is a web server running on the system with the IP address.

It will show up an error page or website or anything else that setup for that IP address.

You will get an error/unable to connect page unless they have setup a web server (which involves networking) to respond to website requests.
