as far as I can understand it is generated by an electrical current such as high tension wires and radio and television transmitters it can be measured with a meter and I know for fact that a power station gives off so much of it all metal fences and gates must be earthed well or you can be seriously injured when touching them, I also believe that a great deal more research needs to be done in relation to what effects this run away energy causes to humans and animals such as the increased amount of cancer deaths in relation to proximity to such power sources.
