Making friends .....depends on a person's ability of how frankly one gets mix up with new people around him or her. You can make new friends...its not that difficult...in fact ...U.P. is a place where people give more importance to the one who is respectfull and trust worthy.
I have a friend who belongs to U.P. He is very friendly....in fact he says that people in delhi are not that reliable to make friends as compared to U.P.
I'm lucky to have him as a true friend ...so U.P is a state where you can get good quality friends...all you need to do is to
1. look forward for new friends
2. be urself
3. be frank
4. approach to new friends and share your joys and sorrows with them.Always be with them ..specially at difficult times when they need your support.
5. Always remember that each person has different qualities and we can always learn something new from every person.

i dont think so....its not at all difficult....
U can even cht .....join different communities....interact in grps....join different grps like hi5 or elz orkut....u can even try out in yahoo answeres.....make frendz here!
