I had an email that was very important, however I thought that I didnt need it so I deleted it. It is long gone from trash. I need to know how to retrieve it PLEASE!

When you delete email from your trash bin, the operating system file pointer is erased (assuming this is on your local PC) so that the only possible way to get it back is to buy some data recovery software. If your computer hasn't overwritten the space where the email was stored, then it's possible to recover. However, the more you use your computer, the greater the chance that that area of the hard drive may be overwritten.
You can google "data recovery software" and you'll get a bunch of choices.

I don't think you can. The only thing I can think of is to ask whoever sent it to you to send it again.
Is this from a yahoo account?
Or maybe check your cookies, although I doubt they'll show you your emails.

you cant. you can ask the person who sent it to resend the email.
if you've opened the email through a web browser see if you can find it through the history pages

Sorry, you can't. Unless....... maybe restore you computer to a date before you deleted it. I don't know if you can do that for email, but I know if you have computer problems, you can restore it to before when you had problems.

I don't believe you can - but it does exist on the senders computer, could they resend it
