If the rest of your family has skinny legs, then you may be outta luck on having bigger legs no matter what you try. Even if you eat more, only your belly will get bigger.
But, if you want more muscle on your legs, do a lot of walking uphill or jog on a beach.

if you're doing leg exercises, then stop doing those leg exercises. Or, you could eat a lot of food, and somehow get all the fat to go straight to your legs.

adult males who get 6-%. abs are those who practice confusing and that i recommend very confusing. apparently females imagine that 6-%. abs seem cool and good-reckoning on a guy. i imagine 6-%. abs are in simple terms muscle mass that are seen from the exterior, they look a touch like small sq. geared up into the tummy section
