Since WHEN has a soldier been ordered to kill your mother?
Why are you making up this kind of thing?
It makes NO SENSE.

First of all, a soldier could not "kill your mother". Soldiers are not machines. There are laws event to the war. Killing civilians is not allowed and using armed forces agains one's nation is prohibited by most of the world's constitutions.
Armies are only meant to fight other armies. And yes, if the order is illegal the soldier MUST disobey it. Otherwise they're called war crimes and he can be tried and sentenced for them.
And yes, you can be friends with a soldier! Imagine that soldier might be your father (mine was!). Wouldn't you be friends to him? And do you think he could actually kill innocent people in cold blood?! Anyway... you must be pretty young to ask such silly things...

Your issue is that you have never been shot at! Rule 1 - if you ain't part of the act, get out of the circus! How many mothers have killed soldiers. In war, there are no mothers, sister, buddies. Only enemy on one side, you on the other.
If that becomes blurred to you, you get killed!
No, we do not look for mothers to kill, but if she is in the same spot/area where shots are being fired, questions are not asked,
everyone gets taken out, you too if you are there with them!
There is nothing sweet, kind, nice or fair about war. The thing to do is DON'T GO TO WAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you must, then take out everybody so that you will never have to go again. If you leave anybody, they are your enemy for life and their children. And if given a chance, they will kill you.
DON'T GO TO WAR!!!!!!! If so, they all go!

Soldiers don't kill anyone unquestioningly, and if they have to, it usually leaves them scarred for life in very real ways that you probably cannot imagine. I am friends with many soldiers who suffer nightmares, flashbacks, disabilities and diseases caused by their service, and unless my mother was in afghanistan pointing a gun at them they would not have killed her. You're just jealous because you don't have what it takes to make the sacrifices they have, and that doesn't make you any better than them, in fact the opposite is true. Quit judging

If he was a soldier of my country, he wouldn't kill my mother. No top brass would order soldiers to kill innocent civilians anyway - we are supposed to protect them.
If he was a soldier of another country - I'd disembowel him first if he even thought about killing my mum.

Yes I could and would. You obviously have issue with war but you should feel proud, lucky, and safe being American - where people believe in our way of life enough to risk their lives to protect it for you and I. How could you NOT respect that? Maybe you should move to another country if you don't respect this one.

yes. I'd hope that he'll make a "mistake" and tell me how to sheild my mother. I can be friends with that person it is their inner conflict now not mine. It is the person that i care for not me, it would scare me though if I was nothing more to that person than a civilian and that his command would be on a pedastol I couldn't even see becauseit so much of his priority.
