I am 18 years old and there is a 12 year old down the street who i'm friends with who recently stated she wants to take our relationship "to the sexual level" I find her very attractive, but since i'm almost 19 and she just tuned 12, I think people will have a problem with this. I think this is ridiculous. Do you think this is a problem?

her parents are fine with this as long as she doesn't go down on me and I don't hit her anymore. Other than that, her parents won't call the cops

Jail is a problem, and in today's climate, if you accept her invitation that is where you will wind up. Then you will be labeled a sexual predator for the rest of your life.

All I can say is that girl is just a child and most likely has been sexually abused. Don't continue the cycle. Not to mention the jail time for Stat rape and the permanent sex offender label.
