For the health of the body, it is usually good to wait at least 2 years between pregnancies, c-section or not.

I am not sure when it is suitable. I got pregnant seven months after I had a c-section. I wound up having to have an emergency c-section 6 weeks early due to tearing of my uterus along the incision from the previous c-section. Luckily my daughter was fine. There could have been serious problems with her being born so early. The tearing itself could have killed her. You should ask your obgyn to see how long you should wait to get pregnant again. Good luck.

I think you should wait at least a year, it takes a long time for the body to heal. Not to mention, take the time to enjoy your new baby. My children are 11 months apart, and it is very busy.

You can get pregnant pretty much right away but most doctors recommend you wait atleast a year. My doctor told me a year, but I had my tubes tied so it didnt matter!
