my answer would be EVERY woman.............because everyone has something different to offer............the greatest woman for you...........might not be the greatest one for me or others...............i think that we should all should be amazed at the true composition of all women........we are truly different from our male counterparts..........it has been proven that our brain capacity is greater.........dont forget we are the ones with the reproductive tracts..............and we have greater emotional sectors than men.........we, as women are truly blessed................and finally dont forget to nominate YOURSELF.............dont you think you deserve to be recognized too.............but to narrow everything down i would nominate everyone's mother because that is our baseline from where all our own acomplishments come..................a true inspiration to greatness.................our mothers

Sorry, I don't fully understand your question. Are you asking who is the greatest woman that lived and then died and left Earth? I would vote Mary, the mother of Jesus. Or are you asking who would be the greatest woman to leave on the Earth, like she would be the only one? Then I would vote for Eve, the very first woman.
