its a bible quote...
the bible being the truth and once u get to know it and believe and follow what it says ( especially the new testament ) you would be free from the "bondage of sin".
Here's a non-biblical explanation :
its means when u become aware of true reality then u would be free to move progressively with "the sky being the limit" and not be bounded by the unreal and false.
think of it as a person being tied with ropes of superstition, rituals, and myths and the truth being reality a sword that cuts the person free and now he's able to move and roam about as he pleases.

That is definately a bible quote but not sure where in the bible. It is in alot of worship songs as well. Knowing the truth about God and how Jesus died for us so that we can have eternal life - sets us free. Means we can have eternal life. As in our wrongdoings are forgiven and when we die we go to heaven.

I think this is a Bible quote where Jesus is talking about how his disciples will receive the Holy Spirit... but I'm rusty. :)
Edit: It's from John 8:32. Jesus was telling the Jews that if they hold on to his teaching, then the Son will set them free (from their sins), since everyone is a slave to their sin.

if you understand that there is nothing in this life or you understand thta there is everything in life, we start lilving our life fully. But we will not be a ordinary human being the moment we realise this, because nothing can affect us. Nothing in this world can effect us, that will be our state of mind(nonbounded)
