I can't think that you (God) belong only to people on this planet either because there are so many other planets out there...

Well, it seems to say that the earth is not the only planet that exists, that he wants to feel unearthed himself so his happiness will be beyond the worldy, human type of happiness.

It means that God is God of the whole universe, not only earth.
