I had a great deal of frustration in my life at one point and there. I really wanted to hit something but picking fights has never been my thing. There was a door between the kitchen and dining room. I did not need that door. I put all my frustrations into my shoulder carried them into my arm then into my palm (I wouldn't want to hurt myself!). Twice I hit the door that day. Once the next. Each day for a coupla months I hurt that door. It must have saved me thousands in psychotherapy.

Maybe you are just too stressed out to notice that something may be going wrong in your life. Stop and take a good breath or two and analyze what is going on around you.

I feel like it sometimes. But then observing the room, I don't have anything that I wouldn't mind breaking.

hell, ya
and when I do feel that way, I just go out side and break something
like when a friend or my sister or parents make me really mad, I just go out side and hit or brake the first thing that I can
