We would all talk backwards and wear our underwear on the outside.

Anything else you'd like to add to that question?

Such as:

1. Are the current right-handed orbits of other planets and moons also reversed, to become retrograde?

2. Are the current retrograde orbits of some moons also reversed, to become right-handed?

3. What about rotation? Would the Earth's rotation about its own axis also be reversed? Would the rotations of all other planets and moons about their own axes, right-handed or retrograde, also be reversed?

4. Would the rotation of the sun about its own axis also be reversed?

5. Would the orbit of the sun about the galactic center be reversed?

6. If all of these motions were reversed before our history began, how would we even know? All of those "reverse" motions would be "forward" to us.

Our analog clocks would run in "reverse" as well, because sundial shadows in the "northern" hemisphere would move in the opposite direction they do now (we define "clockwise" by the way sundial shadows move). However, we would have observed the shadows moving that way throughout history, and so would have defined our "clockwise" to be the opposite of what it is now.

Well, you get the idea. With everything reversed from day one, there would be no "reversal" to our knowledge, because WE define what "reverse" and "forward" are. We would therefore define all those "reverse" motions as "forward", and that would be the end of that.

What does this have to do with philosophy? It's more of a question for Astronomers.

What if I told you that north was south and south was north? Tada! Now we are revolving the other direction. Can you tell the difference?

If the perception is deep enough, the person changing places between north pole and south pole should be able to get a feel of it perhaps !

No difference so long as the earth rotates in the same direction.
Don't confuse rotation with revolution.
