yes i think it should not be extreme...because i think that for every "high" that is for the love high you get there is an equal "low" feeling that can come...try to maintain your feelings in a moderate zone so that you don't have to experience the ups and downs that alot of people complain about...in limits...know that love is love and it doesn't mean that it will take away your pain forever and it will not solve any problems forever...love yourself first and then love others........that is the limit
