What I find that helps is: When my fiancee gets mad or upset i have to keep a level head if i let myself get mad or upset too then things will get way worse before they get better.

Look, if it's your own fidelity you're worried about, than maybe you shouldn't be in a committed relationship after all.
Strong relationships depend a few key things. Communication, trust and knowing yourself and your personal limits.
If you can't trust yourself, how are you ever going to trust anyone else let alone have them trust you too?
Learn to love yourself, know that just because someone is interested in you, you don't have to jump at the opportunity simply to win approval. Learn to be your own best friend, not your worst enemy.

It sounds like a cliche, but be yourself. Being in a relationship and choosing to be monogamous shouldn't be like being in prison. If you feel that it is then you need to change something major in your relationship. I will use myself as an example. It is not always hearts and flowers, but there is a bond of trust between my partner and I that makes living life incredibly easy. That's not to say I go sleeping around, but it means that if either one of us has a problem we talk to the other about it. That way it is prevented from attaching more importance than it needs and it can get solved! I hope this helps!

Communicate! It's the most important thing in a relationship. Spend quality time together. Never go to bed angry. Above all, honesty and communication. I don't know about the gay population where you are, but where I'm from it's very tight-knit and a lot of game playing. Stay true to yourself and COMMUNICATE. Good luck.

Quality time is good for keeping together, and remember that sometimes whats not said is more important then what is. Find something you both really like to do and then do it. Games, sports, movies or other activities are great for keeping together.

If I had a daughter i would not enable her study those patriarchal fairy memories the place she needs to be saved consistently from one factor or yet another, be it wolves, poverty or evil stepmothers. certainly quite everyone has to save themselves.
