this "Sexiest Woman on Earth" thing is just opinion anyway.

She is pretty and a cute, down to earth actress, but i don't think she should be given the title of sexiest woman on earth, because there are a lot hotter and sexier women out there.

I think she does have a lazy eye but looking beyond that she has evolved in her sense of style much in the same way that Angelina Jolie has and she's still getting on these sexy lists occasionally too...

I dont see her as sexy at all. She's got a good rack and nice booty, I mean, yeah..she looks good. But sexy?
What about Drew Barrymore or Selma Hyack? They are also both curvy and seem much more sexy than Scarlet. Something about them seems steamy...that's sexy.
I dont know about her eye..she doesn't really catch my eye! ;o)

No of course not. She is beautiful but she has that "down to earth look" that your neighboor can also have.
Of course "sexy" does not have to do with facial and body features so much as it has to do with the woman's personality and the way she carries herself. Nevertheless I do not think she is the one. Now if you asked about Charlese Theron ...thats another story:)
