"Father of the Bride" I and II as someone else said, and there's also another Steve Martin movie called "Parenthood". "Click" is a more recent movie that deals with the subject.
"Author, Author" with Al Pacino.
"The Lion King"
There's an Argentine film called "The son of the bride" that works on the subject. Great permormances and a very uplifting movie. I highly recommend it.
"A Bronx tale" with Robert DeNiro
"Pelle the Conqueror" with Max Von Sydow
"Carbon copy" with George Segal

Nine Months (more about becoming a father)
Three Men and a Baby (cheesy, and kind of about three guys who each might be the father...)
