How can I burn something to a dvd I've watched on Real player!?

Can someone walk me through the process? All help will be appreciated!

ok step by step 1st use a normal cd like the music burning cds if they dnt work then use the media cd the 700mb ones u see sometime the normal cds dnt work...nxt open ur realplayer then put that dvd in the section that ses burning then incert the cd if the music cd dnt work then use the media 1...4 mr hellp ma link is below
