Dream Matte Mousse by Maybelline it is the best drugstore foundation i've ever tried it doesn't clog your pores and it gives you GREAT coverage and dries to powder so you don't have to spend more money on powder , and it's cheap it's only 6 dollars

Loreal's HIP Flawless Liquid Foundation works wonders...if you don't want to spend that much (it's like $14) my second choice would be Covergirl's Clean Makeup foundation..it's excellent if you have sensitive/oily skin because they have different formulas for your specific skin type...

U could try these Loreal(Hedi Klum's Project Runway), Revlon, or Cover Girl True Match which can match any skin color (Tyra Bank's America's Next Top Model). All of these are very affordable.

Max Factor Pan Stick. Great coverage and it looks very smooth. Use a sponge when putting it on for the best finish. Then follow with powder.
