According to Copernicus, the Sun is the center of the universe. This isn't exactly true, but if it was true, one could argue that every way is up from the center of the Sun. I'd argue against that though, since up is a direction and it depends on the perspective you are at. If you are upside down on the surface of the sun, up would be towards the sun, not away from it. But I believe this is what you are getting at.

For us Earthbound enthusiasts I would have to suggest
that the point you refer to is the "center of the earth."
However, that point is rather theoretical since no one has ever seen it.
