I would recommend the following:
CLEARASIL ULTRA
CLEARASIL ULTRA VANISHING CREAM (reduction of pimples in 3-days or less)
I swear I've used both of these and my pimples are nearly gone! Keep in mind, you face may peel for a few days. . However, once the pimples have disappeared and you continue to put the ointment on. . .the dryness stops. . .

Pimples are caused by bacteria from clogged pores, pores get clogged by dry skin cells, dirt and oil.
A good, basic, inexpensive skin care would be to cleanse your face 3 times a day ( morning, after school and bedtime) with a non-drying antibacterial cream, Noxema is still one of the best and is available at any drug store and most grocery stores, rubbing gently with a textured scrubbing pad (change these frequently ) or a clean wash cloth. Use small circular motions, counting to 20, before moving to the next area.
This will exfoliate the dead skin cells, so the pores are open and the antibacterial agent can get in. Also the cream will moisturize the new skin you've exposed so that your oil glands won't kick into high gear and start the problem all over again. Moisturized skin is healthy and soft, not greasy.
Remember that your skin is an organ - drink lots and lots of clean water and take vitamin C. This is a natural way to flush toxins out of your system and nourish your skin.
Be patient. If you do these things consistently your skin will heal and begin to have a healthy, handsome glow.

Nick...have no fear..I...am a "professional beauty consultant" and I am hear to rescue you! LOL
Totally sucks though, ha? No but seriously I am a beauty consultant so I have some serious advice. Promise you'll try it okay?
Start using a toner with salycylic acid. Mary Kay sells Blemish Control Toner and I SWEAR by it! So use that all over your face day and night to clear up what you already have and check this out...to PREVENT new zits from coming.
Start using a moisturizer that will absorb oil. Otherwise your face overproduces oil because you are not giving it any...make sense?
Okay and lastly use a product with Benzoyl Peroxide to treat the zit. Acne Treatment Gel from MK works great.
You can order online on my website w/a 100% guarantee or just look for those ingredients at the store (no guarantee...)
Good luck babe :)
...and remember...you too...deserve great skin..
lol. I am totally being such a dork :)

Well, the way you describe it, I believe you have acne. I am sure you do. Oily skin can cause Pimples also because the oil can get down into your pores and fill it up, causing it to get dirty and irritated ! Go to WalMart or your your local Well-Known retailer and look by the Makeup Aisle and you will find MANY cleansers. There are many, assorted my skin types.Pick out a cleanser there that suits your skin. Try it out and if it works, continue using it as directions say, if not, go back until you find one that works.

Go to a grocery store and ask for Natures Cure. There are pills and ointment they work really well but be prepared to shell out around 15 to 20 dollars for the cure. My niece and nephew had very bad acne when in there teens and now have none. You don't have to take it forever after a while you stop having pimples.

regular soap dries out your face and believe it or not, your skin will make more oil. Your face wants to be a little dewy, rather than just dry. You are stripping your face of oil, so your face produces more to make up for it. then you dont put lotion on it, so it may produce more oil to make up for that.
Kick down some cash and get that Proactive stuff they sell on TV. My neice had pimples on her face, chest and back, but she used this and it cleared up within a couple weeks. She doesn't have to use it anymore. Its not like a life time thing...

Appearance of pimples on one's face is part of the ageing process. It is better to leave them alone and avoid using soap. Instead, using any anticeptic solution like dettol (diluted) to wash your face may help avoid spread of pimples around your face. Consider these suggestions and act as you deem fit!
